Med Cap Uniforms are fully guaranteed.


MEDCAP stands behind the quality of their merchandise 100%.  We will accept our uniforms for refund if they are returned to us in an unworn, unwashed and unaltered state within 21 days of our shipping date. (See exceptions BELOW for other items.)  ALL LABELS AND TAGS  must be attached.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If any of these conditions are not met, your order will be returned to you at your expense. All returns for which a refund is requested will be assessed a 10% restocking fee, and no exchanges are possible. If you need to return due to size, return item and reorder new size.   Of course, any returns for flaws in materials or manufacture will be refunded at full cost;

 

There are a few exceptions to the above return policy:

 

1. Because of health restrictions our MED –CAPS Bouffant Surgical Caps and medical hats  will only be accepted for refund due to manufacturing defect. Returns should be sent back with the original packaging and tags, unworn and unwashed with in the 21 days of shipping.
2. Items which have been altered by the customer will not be accepted for return or refund.
3. Items which have included special requests at the time of order, beyond the options available on our order page, will not be accepted for return or refund.

 

We request our customers refer to our Scrub Size Chart before ordering.

 
We will need your name, original order number and reason for return on form   in order to issue a return authorization.

 

Shipping charges, handling charges or rush fees are not refunded.
