Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At MedCap®, each scrub hat is handcrafted in limited quantities. Because of the personal nature of scrub hats, returns cannot be accepted. Graphic tees may be returned under the conditions outlined below.

 

Scrub Hats Return Policy

Because scrub hats are worn in medical and personal care environments, all scrub hat sales are final.

For hygiene and safety reasons, MedCap® does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on scrub hats unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.


Graphic Tee Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Unworn, unwashed graphic tees may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • Tee must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Item must be free of odors, pet hair, stains, or damage.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

:Shipping

MedCap® ships United States Postal Service First Class shipping and Priority Mail for our products and are sent out within 1-2  business days of order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.  Please refer the to USPS website for specifics on you location.
