Policy for Returns

We at MedCap® want you 100% happy with every order that you make with us so if there is any scrub hat, scrub caps, totes that you are not satisfied with for any reason, you can simply return the unworn, unwashed and unaltered item to us for refund or exchange. After we receive the item we will refund or exchange product per your request.


We hope that you enjoy each product that you have ordered but if there is any reason you are not satisfied we will return or exchange product. Refunds are make to the credit card or PayPal source that you made for purchase. Refund is submitted to your card or PayPal account.  Email request must be made first, item returned then once we have received the item per your request, refund will be made.


MedCap® ships United States Postal Service First Class shipping for most of our products and are sent out within 1 business day of order, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
